Before original vehicle keys can be created in the field, the customer must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and matching vehicle registration or title. If the registered owner is not present, the owner must provide clear photos of both sides of their valid ID matching the vehicle registration, along with the name of the person authorized to receive service. Both parties’ identification will be verified before work is completed.
